On Thursday, Feb. 2, Interim City Manager Howard Chan received the Asian Pacific Islander (API) Rise Award from the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce (SACC). The award recognizes four API Leaders who have gone to extraordinary lengths to demonstrate strong leadership and have shown tremendous support to the region.
