The City of Sacramento’s Front Street Animal Shelter would like to hear from you!
Whether you are a pet owner or have an interest in animal related causes, your feedback is important to us. The Front Street Animal Shelter takes in nearly 11,000 cats and dogs annually, along with 1,000 miscellaneous critters. In addition to providing care to lost and unwanted pets, the shelter has an enforcement team that responds to animal related calls for service in our community. The animal shelter is open 5 days a week, but shelter personnel are on site 7 days a week, 365 days a year, ensuring that the animals are well cared for daily.
