The updated March 27, 2018 City Council Agenda Materials have been published to the City’s webpage.

A large number of citizens is expected to attend the 5 p.m. City Council meeting.

Seating arrangements will begin at 4 p.m.

City staff will begin to seat attendees at 4 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.  Speaker slips will be distributed once attendees pass through security.  The City expects to hear as many comments as possible.

Meeting will be streamed for the overflow attendees

The City Council meeting will be broadcast with video and audio streaming within the City Hall lobby as well as in the plaza area.

eComments are open

Due to limited seating and the capacity within City Hall Council chambers, citizens are encouraged to post eComments to the meeting’s agenda. eComments are officially recorded into the agenda as a supplement to attending a meeting in person. Due to system limits, eComments are limited to 1,000 characters.

Early closure of Revenue Counter

Due to the influx of citizens at 4 p.m. the City’s Revenue Counter will close early at 3 p.m.
