In an effort to support local businesses as they navigate the COVID-19 outbreak and its economic repercussions, the City of Sacramento’s Office of Innovation and Economic Development has launched a new webinar series.
The webinar aims to help local Sacramento businesses survive, thrive and retain employees through the COVID-19 pandemic, said Darin Gale, Innovation and Economic Development.
“We are working closely with our chambers of commerce and partners to help examine the hardships local businesses are facing and work to find solutions,” Gale said. “Businesses cannot operate the same today as they did pre-COVID-19. We must all work together to stay resilient, learn how to re-purpose business models and prepare for post-COVID-19 recovery.”
The next webinar, “Keeping your business relevant during the crisis,” is scheduled for 1 p.m. May 4. The webinar will examine different ways businesses can stay relevant and still deliver services and products to customers and how to develop a strategy for the post-COVID-19 era.
Guest speakers include, Azizza Davis-Goines of the Sacramento Black Chamber of Commerce, Tina Reynolds of Uptown Studios and Meghan Phillips from Honey. Register for the next webinar here.
