The City’s Incident Management Team (IMT) received 2,240 calls for service from Aug. 31 to Oct. 4 and responded by engaging people experiencing homelessness, offering services and shelter options, and ensuring compliance with City laws and ordinances.

Outreach and placements
- Unsheltered people enrolled into shared local outreach databases: 475
- Unsheltered people placed into City shelter sites (Roseville Road campus, the Outreach and Engagement Center and Sequoia Pacific Safe Camping): 235
Environmental services
- Trash removed: 246,940 pounds
