The City’s Department of Youth, Parks & Community Enrichment (YPCE) invites you to enjoy variety of festive and spooky events for all ages throughout the city.
From costume contests and haunted houses to pumpkin patches and family-friendly trick-or-treating, there’s something for everyone. Most events are free, though some require registration or a small fee.

Dare to join us for a spook-tacular evening of fun and freights at our Halloween Bingo Night ! Come in your best costume and be ready to shout “Bingo!” with a ghostly twist ! We will also have bewitching raffle prizes.

This is our annual October event for preschoolers to engage in a variety of interactive activities designed to spark their curiosity and creativity. From hands on crafts, fun games, and exploring sensory bins. This will be a 2 hour event, come dressed up in an appropriate costume. Popcorn machine will be used and small treats will be given as prizes. Parents/guardians supervision and registration for children is required.
