The City’s Incident Management Team (IMT) received 588 calls for service last week and responded by engaging people experiencing homelessness, offering services and shelter options, and ensuring compliance with City laws and ordinances.

From Feb. 23 to March 1, the IMT responded to 594 unique locations.
A key milestone was reached at the Roseville Road Service Campus, where the expanded tiny home village for people experiencing homelessness has reached half of its current capacity.
Outreach workers from the Department of Community Response continue daily engagement along the Northern Bike Trail and in neighborhoods across Sacramento, connecting unsheltered residents with shelter placements, behavioral health care, case management and other supportive services.
The expansion at the Roseville Road Service Campus supports the City’s broader homelessness response strategy to increase shelter capacity, conduct regular outreach and create pathways from unsheltered homelessness to stable housing.
