The City’s Incident Management Team (IMT) received 2,335 calls for service from July 6 through Aug. 2 and responded by engaging people experiencing homelessness, offering services and shelter options, and ensuring compliance with City laws and ordinances.

- 311 calls received related to unsheltered individuals: 2,335
- Homelessness-related cases opened: 8,448
- Homelessness-related cases closed: 8,061
Outreach and placements
- Unsheltered people enrolled into shared local outreach databases: 369
- Unsheltered people placed into City shelter sites (Roseville Road campus or the Outreach and Engagement Center): 160
Environmental services
- Trash removed: 208,000 pounds
Shelter availability as of Aug. 4
- Roseville Road Campus: Three cabins available
- Outreach and Engagement Center: 18 spaces available
