Take five minutes to tell us what you think about living and working in Sacramento

Annual survey helps the City plan for growth

The City of Sacramento invites residents and those who work in Sacramento to complete a web-based survey to provide feedback about living and working in Sacramento. The survey results will be used as part of the City’s 2030 General Plan annual report and will help capture the community’s perspective on livability and quality of life in Sacramento.

The survey will be open through Friday, February 6th.

“Obtaining community input is critically important to ensuring that residents and business owners’ voices are being heard and reflected in the General Plan,” says Tom Pace, Long Range Planning Manager. “The feedback we receive helps us as we carry out the plan and amend it based on trends, public suggestions, and the economy.”

Last year, more than 1,850 residents and business owners responded to the survey. The annual report, including the survey results, will be presented to City Council to help guide policy development, establish future priorities and give staff direction about how to implement specific projects and programs outlined in the General Plan.

Visit the General Plan webpage for more information about the plan, previous annual reports or related projects.
