The Yolo County Visitors Bureau is continuing its Bak2Sac voucher program to encourage bicyclists to ride to Davis, visit local businesses and get a free Amtrak train ticket back to Sacramento.
The program is simple:
- Participants ride to Davis on a bicycle and visit participating businesses to pick up a free train ticket back to Sacramento. The voucher is good for any train leaving after 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and after 12:00 p.m. on weekends.
- Turn in the voucher at the Davis Amtrak station to receive your train ticket.
- Hop on board with your bike and go Bak2Sac.
The program runs daily now through December 15, excluding November 22 – 28. For more information, including a list of participating businesses or a schedule of the trains & travel times covered by the program, visit the Bak2Sac.
