The Sacramento Youth Commission wants you!

The Sacramento Youth Commission offers an overwhelming number of benefits for its members. It allows young individuals to make a difference in the Sacramento Community. The commission works together to create and organize fun programs, community service events, and much more for others take part.

The Sacramento Youth Commission is a group of devoted young individuals who want to protect, preserve, and enhance the quality of life for the youth of Sacramento by collaborating with the City Council regarding programs, policies and opportunities for the overall betterment and well-being of Sacramento youths.

In order to qualify, commissioners must reside or attend school in the City of Sacramento, be between the ages of 14-19, and possess an interest in making a difference in the community for Sacramento youths.

If you would like to learn more about the Sacramento Youth Commission, attend a meeting on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. They begin at 6 p.m. and take place on the second floor of Historic City Hall. Apply to become a member here.
