Super Bowl Trophies on display in downtown; Road closures around Capitol

Sacramento to host Vince Lombardi trophies on public display outside State Capitol.

In partnership with Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson and California Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom, the San Francisco Bay Area Super Bowl 50 Host Committee will bring its 50 Tour to Sacramento on Monday, November 23.

The eight combined Vince Lombardi Trophies of the Oakland Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers will be on display.

The 50 Tour is the Super Bowl 50 Host Committee’s free-to-the-public mobile exhibit designed to celebrate the history of the Bay Area’s championship National Football League teams.

WHEN: Nov. 23, 2015, noon – 4 p.m.

WHERE: The 50 Tour will be located at 10th Street and Capitol Mall, adjacent to the State Capitol’s west steps.

Street Closure: Please note that 10th Street, between L and N Streets, will be closed to vehicles from 5:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 2015.
