As the days get colder and colder during this winter season, heavy rain storms and leaves may cause storm drains to become clogged. If you see a plugged drain and/or standing water, please contact the City of Sacramento in order to report this issue.
Avoid wait times by reporting the plugged drain through using the Sac311 smartphone app, the Sac311 website, or by calling 311. Simply enter a few pieces of information regarding the location of the drain, short description of the issue, and your contact information in case the Utilities crew needs to follow up with you on the location.
