Roseville Road Bridge Replacement Project has been completed

The City of Sacramento Department of Public Works is excited to announce that the Roseville Road Bridge Replacement Project has been completed.

Beginning Tuesday, December 22, Roseville Road over Arcade Creek was reopened to all thru traffic. In May 2015, construction began to remove and replace the existing Roseville Road Bridge over Arcade Creek. A portion of Roseville Road (approximately one half mile north of Connie Way and Roseville Road) was closed for the replacement.

The project was completed on time and within budget with a total project cost of $7.4 million, funded through the Highway Bridge Program. The new bridge now meets current standards and improves: Safety for pedestrians and bicyclists with wider bike lanes/sidewalks Hydraulics of Arcade Creek.
