Two minutes For Your Two Cents
The City of Sacramento solicits feedback from residents regarding overall satisfaction with parks facilities and encourages residents to participate in an online survey. The survey will be up through April 30.
The brief customer satisfaction survey is designed to gather input from residents on their experience at a specific park which includes: cleanliness, functionality, accessibility, and safety. The results will be used to determine and prioritize which parks need improvements and repairs.
“We need to hear honest opinions from our visitors about how we can best provide them with positive experiences in our great City parks,” said Department of Parks and Recreation Director Chris Conlin.
Unlike other City services that can be measured in number of calls, response times, and coverage ratios, the Parks and Recreation Department metrics are unique. The responses to the survey will also help the City establish standards in overall maintenance and management of each park.
