City seeking tenant interest for leasable space at Sacramento Valley Station

The City is seeking interest for eager tenants to lease office or retail space at the remodeled Sacramento Valley Station. Four tours of the available spaces will be held beginning June 1, to spark development for the historic space.

By the end of 2016, the newly renovated station will include 25,000 square feet of leasable space for offices, food vendors, and retail. The station is in a prime location, just down the street from the Golden 1 Center, DOCO, and the planned Sacramento Railyards development.

Interested tenants are encouraged to attend one of the four guided tours and explore the space. For more information on tours, or to schedule, please contact Steve Ward, Real Property Agent for the City.

Although the station is being fully restored, its historical features will remain, enriching the character of the space. Future tenants can enjoy city skyline views stretching over the railyards to the new downtown arena through the large expansive windows and rooftop terrace.
