A large number of citizens is expected to attend the 5 p.m. City Council meeting.

Seating arrangements will begin at 4 p.m.

City staff will begin to seat attendees at 4 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.  Speaker slips will be distributed once attendees pass through security.  Attendees will also be given comment cards.

Meeting will be streamed for the overflow attendees outside and within the lobby. Extra seating will be arranged outdoors.
