The Sacramento Disabilities Advisory Commission (DAC) will be hosting an event in honor of the 14th Annual Disability Capitol Action Day on Thursday, June 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Cesar Chavez Plaza, 9101 I Street.
During the event, people of cross disabilities, families, and allies can learn about disability community resources. Attendees can also become educated on potential policies regarding disabilities that could significantly impact their daily lives. The event is an opportunity to collaborate with fellow disability community members and educate policy makers on disability issues you care about most.
