Feature film with celebrity cast wraps up final week of filming in Sacramento

The feature film “No Address,” currently being shot in Sacramento neighborhoods, is wrapping up its fifth and final week of production.

The movie, produced by Robert Craig, features stars including as William Baldwin, Xander Berkeley, Ashanti, Beverly D’Angelo, Ty Pennington, Lucas Jade Zumann, Kristanna Loken, Patricia Velasquez and Isabella Ferreira.

The film tells the story of a group of individuals experiencing homelessness.

The City of Sacramento’s Film + Media Office worked with the production to secure locations and permits, served as a liaison with neighborhoods and coordinated other details including parking, security and street closures.

“We are thrilled to have this movie filmed right here in Sacramento,” said Sacramento Film Commissioner Jennifer West. “These types of productions have a huge economic impact to our region, and we welcome the opportunity to work on more opportunities like this.”

The movie has had a $720,000 economic impact to Sacramento through hotels, catering, wages, wardrobe purchases, location fees, equipment rental, parking and Sac PD services, West said.

This also includes 70 local hires and 360 hotel nights in the Sacramento region.

The movie has shot scenes in neighborhoods including Del Paso Heights, Midtown, Land Park, Oak Park, Hollywood Park and Nimbus Overlook.

“No Address” is expected to be released in winter 2023.
