As construction continues on the Central City Mobility project, residents and commuters should be aware of planned work starting Monday, Oct. 2.
Construction crews are scheduled to perform various operations requiring heavy machinery on multiple streets near Highway 50 throughout the week (Oct. 2-6).
Crews primarily will be performing asphalt and iron work to improve the streets.
Motorists are advised to drive with caution, follow provided traffic control signage and detours, and expect traffic delays. Traffic control will be in place daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- Grind and overlay on 21st Street from X to W streets
Wednesday, Oct. 4
- Grind and overlay on 19th Street from X to W streets
- Raise iron on 21st Street
Thursday, Oct. 5
- Grind and overlay on 19th Street from X Street to Broadway
- Raise iron on 21st Street
Friday, Oct. 6
- Grind and overlay on 10th Street from X to W streets
- Raise iron on 19th and 21st streets
