Registration for summer programs opens April 17. Here’s how to sign up for camps and activities

Summer registration day for programs and activities is almost here.

Starting at noon Wednesday, April 17, the City’s Department of Youth, Parks and Community Enrichment will open registration for outdoor adventures, water activities and more.

Sacramento families will find opportunities for camps, youth programs, pools and other activities. Early online registration is strongly recommended as spots fill fast.

“Summer is the flagship time for programming in our department and we provide many of our core services during the warmer months,” said Katie Houser recreation manager for YPCE’s Community Enrichment division. “Whether you’re eager to learn, create, or simply have fun, we have something for everyone.”

PLAN AHEAD

While you wait for the registration date, view the Come Out and Play 2024 Summer Preview to plan which programs to enroll into.
