On March 28, 2024, the City of Sacramento sent a notice to Safe Ground Sacramento notifying them that their lease for 2225 Colfax Road (also known as Camp Resolution) would be terminated on June 1, 2024.

Today, the City of Sacramento notified Safe Ground Sacramento that it would hold off on the termination if various conditions were met.
